Custom Packaging FAQ
Questions Buyers Ask Before Starting a Packaging Project
Clear specifications lead to more accurate recommendations,
samples and quotations. These answers cover the details most
buyers need before developing custom packaging boxes with Crown Win.
01
What types of custom packaging boxes can Crown Win manufacture?
We manufacture paper-based packaging including
rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated mailer and shipping
boxes, gift boxes, paper bags and custom inserts
.
The recommended structure depends on your product, protection
needs, presentation goals, order quantity and shipping method.
02
Can you help develop the box structure and prepare it for production?
Yes. Our team can support structural development, dielines,
material selection, insert planning and production feasibility
review. If you already have artwork, we can check it against the
approved dieline and flag technical issues before sampling.
03
What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
MOQ varies by box construction, material, size, printing process
and finishing requirements. Share your target quantity and
specifications with us, and we will recommend a practical
production route and quotation basis for your project.
04
Can I approve a sample before mass production?
Yes. Depending on the stage of development, we can prepare an
unprinted structural prototype or a printed pre-production
sample. Mass production proceeds after the relevant structure,
materials, artwork, finishes and acceptance details are confirmed.
05
How long do sampling, production and delivery take?
Timing depends on structural complexity, sampling revisions,
materials, special finishes, quantity, production scheduling and
destination. We confirm the project timeline after reviewing your
specifications; international transit time is planned separately
from manufacturing time.
06
Which packaging materials and finishes are available?
Options include paperboard, rigid greyboard, corrugated board,
kraft paper and selected specialty papers. Finishes may include
matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch treatments, foil stamping,
embossing, debossing, Spot UV and custom inserts, subject to
material and production compatibility.
07
Do you offer more sustainable packaging options?
We can evaluate paper-based, recycled-content and responsibly
sourced material options where they suit the required performance
and are available for the project. Sustainability claims and
certification requirements should be specified at the quotation
stage so they can be verified correctly.
08
How do you control quality during packaging production?
Quality control is based on the approved specification and sample.
Checks can cover materials, print and colour, die-cutting,
finishing, dimensions, assembly, insert fit and final appearance,
with inspection records coordinated according to the project
requirements.
09
What information should I provide for an accurate quotation?
Please provide the product dimensions and weight, preferred box
style, material or finish references, quantity, artwork status,
delivery destination and target schedule. Photos or an existing
packaging sample are also helpful when you need us to recommend
a structure.
